Dr Koh Thiam SengDoctor of Philosophy (PhD) (Monash University)Director Dr Koh Thiam Seng joined Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd as Senior Vice President in October 2018. Prior to this, Dr Koh was Associate Dean at the Office of Education Research and Associate Professor of Natural Sciences and Science Education at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University where he had served as a faculty member for more than 28 years. He had held senior appointments at the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) and NIE. He was a Deputy Director (2000 – 2003) at the Higher Education Division, MOE involved in policy formulation for university, polytechnic and ITE education. He was concurrently Deputy Director (2007 – 2008) at NIE overseeing educational research. He was Principal (2009 – 2015) of St. Joseph’s Institution and Chief Executive Officer (2015 – 2017) at St. Joseph’s Institution International School. |
