Admissions Overview

To complete this application form, you will need the following scans of these documents:

• Child's birth certificate, passport, HKID card or HK valid visa.
• Parents' passport, HKID card or HK valid visa.
• Recent two years school report card (Required if applicable).
• Immunization Records (Required for kindergarten and primary applicants)
• Recent passport photo
  

Please note that this application form will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete and the relevant documents will take a few minutes to upload.

Your child will immediately enter our applicant pool upon successful submission of the completed Invictus Application Form.
