Ms Agata Szymanska is a highly motivated teacher, with 12 years of classroom experience teaching across different age groups. Before moving to Hong Kong, Ms Szymanska worked as a class teacher in inner London primary schools and a teacher in a language school in Poland. In her teaching practice she has developed a range of strategies which ensure that all students are able to contribute ideas and fully participate in the classroom, regardless of their abilities. Ms Szymanska believes that the role of the teacher is to build on students’ areas of interest and strengths and make their learning purposeful, vivid and real. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves reading, visiting art galleries and museums, going to the theatre and hiking.
